中国资本正急速涌向海外酒店业资产。据汤森路透提供的数据（截至2016年11月3日）显示，近几年来，中资跨境并购酒店和住宿类资产的规模逐年增长，2016年以来更是创出了新高。具体表现为今年以来中资跨境并购酒店和住宿业的交易规模已经达到了92.5亿美元，交易宗数达到17宗。而去年一整年的规模为18.4亿美元，14宗。
近期引人注目的交易包括，海航集团宣布将斥资65亿美元从美国黑石集团手中收购希尔顿集团约25%的股份。喜达屋资本近期宣布，已经与以中国人寿保险公司为首的投资集团达成协议，后者将对喜达屋资本旗下的美国酒店组合进行一笔总金额20亿美元的投资。

"Excellent location","Convenient transport options","Room was okay" Everything is good and we satisfy except the service. We check out in the early morning and it rush to airport but the staff ask us to pay the cotton tower even we did not use it at all. Hopefully, manager review and check service staff carefully. We visit china most often for trip and business and we really like Yide Hotel for it location and cleanness.
