目前美国度假民宿占比已经达到37%，而中国约为1%，未来有巨大成长空间。在国外备受追捧的Airbnb在去年八月宣布正式进入中国市场后，近期与中国旅游研究院、中国(上海)自由贸易试验区世博管理局展开合作，并正在扩充中国区团队，与同为共享经济的滴滴出行此刻处境产生鲜明对比。据悉，其估值已经超过300亿美元，官方宣称到了2016年年初，使用过其服务的全球用户达到6000万，今年夏天期间使用Airbnb服务的用户数量超过了1亿，可见非标住宿市场潜力巨大。
但国内并没有一家市值超过百亿美元的非标住宿企业，中国“学徒”小猪已于11月2日宣布已完成C+及D轮总额达6500万美元融资，亦透露出资本市场对非标住宿领域的看好。

"Excellent location","Convenient transport options","Room was okay" Everything is good and we satisfy except the service. We check out in the early morning and it rush to airport but the staff ask us to pay the cotton tower even we did not use it at all. Hopefully, manager review and check service staff carefully. We visit china most often for trip and business and we really like Yide Hotel for it location and cleanness.
